How does the design process work?
Our design process is tailored to fit your needs with two clear packages:
  • Starter Pack
    We kick off with a streamlined trend overview and mood board, then present three design variations per style. Once you choose your favorite, we develop a focused tech pack and guide one quick-fit session—perfect to get you up and running fast.

  • Premium Pack
    Dive deeper with in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and a full mood-board suite with micro and macro trends. We will help you to develop a full commercial capsule, detailed tech packs, and up to two iterative fit sessions. We refine each prototype until it flawlessly matches your vision and production requirements.

Whichever pack you choose, we ensure a seamless transition from concept to production—transforming your “why” into polished prototypes and ready-to-produce garments.

Can TuttiWear handle both small-batch and large-scale production?
Absolutely. Our in-house facility expertly manages small-batch runs around 200–300 pieces in total with meticulous quality control. When you’re ready to scale, we leverage our network of vetted manufacturing partners to meet any volume—delivering consistent quality at every stage.
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
For in-house manufacturing, our MOQ is 30 pieces per style and colour. If you need a smaller pilot run or larger volumes, we’ll match you with the right factory partner and negotiate MOQs that fit your budget and timeline.
How long does it take to develop a collection?
Timelines vary by scope, but most brands complete design development, prototyping, and small-batch production within 3-6 months. We’ll provide a detailed project schedule up front, so you know exactly what to expect at each milestone.
Do you handle fabric and trim sourcing?
Yes—we consult on materials and fittings, source premium fabrics, trims, and accessories, and coordinate swatches, lab tests, and color matches. Our goal is to balance your creative vision, budget, and sustainability goals with the best suppliers in the industry.
